OSS can either provide agency specific Policy Development Services or OSS can provide your agency with our Model Jail / Corrections Policies & Procedures on CD.
OSS’ SOPs and job description workbooks are provided on CD with all files created in Microsoft Word®. Merge codes are imbedded within each document to allow for easy insertion of such critical information as the Sheriffs or Jail Administrator’s name, subordinate leaders and their titles, agency, facility name, etc.
OSS also provides an 800 toll free number to guide you through the process, and answer questions. There is no additional charge for this technical support.

- SOP’s written at a 10th grade reading level [to increase an average reasonable juror or officer comprehension]
- Type set in Arial Font, 12 pt., so the agency can easily modify
- Individual policy header & signature blocks
